Teresa Hui
Teresa is one of the founders of GTN Hong Kong. She holds a Master degree of Science in Corporate Governance & Directorship from Baptist University and a BBA degree from the University of Hawaii. She is currently a member in good standing and qualified to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington. Prior to setting up her own company, Teresa was a Senior Manager of the International Executive Services Department of KPMG for more than 26 years. Teresa has extensive experience in dealing with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and is exceptionally good at various aspects of U.S. individual as well as corporate tax issues.
Teresa is also a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Financial Planner (US), as well as a fellow of The Institution of Taxation of Hong Kong.
Alice Ko
Alice holds a MBA degree from York University in Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining GTN, Alice gained her experience through working at the International Executive Services Department of KPMG and International Assignment Solutions of PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with executives and HRs from major financial institutions and multi-national companies. She specializes in Hong Kong tax, in both compliance and advisory.
Alice has more than 10 years hands-on experience in dealing with the Inland Revenue Department ("IRD") and is very familiar with the IRD’s practice. She has extensive experience in Hong Kong tax advisory and has assisted multi-national companies in setting up housing schemes, conducting compliance review and health check, advisory on termination and stock option issues.
Alice is in charge of our Hong Kong tax department and she also assists in handling U.S. tax as well as visa applications.
Pauline Yiu
Pauline is the co-founder of GTN Hong Kong. She holds a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and is currently an enrolled agent of the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to that, she was with the International Executive Services Department at KPMG for more than 20 years. Pauline has extensive experience in working with clients of major financial institutions and multi-national companies in both U.S. and Hong Kong taxes.
