Richard Watts-Joyce CTA
Richard is a co-founder and partner of the UK office of Global Tax Network, where he assists companies with policy development, risk management and tax and social security compliance and planning for international assignment programs. Richard has over 15 years of experience in international tax consulting, having previously worked within the London offices of KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in expatriate tax planning and compliance for multinational companies. He then spent a number of years at Watson Wyatt Partners, assisting clients with international executive compensation structures and the design and implementation of global stock plans, before establishing the UK member firm of Global Tax Network in 1999.
Richard has a BSc Honours Degree from the London School of Economics and qualified as a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians in 1995 and the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1999. He is also a founder member of the Association of Independent Expatriate Tax Practitioners (AIETP), a tax technical forum with over 30 member firms, and is a regular speaker at relocation events and training conferences.

Rhian Watts-Joyce
Rhian is Partner in charge of Business Operations and Marketing. Rhian graduated from the London School of Economics and subsequently built a successful career in Public Relations, spending several years with Standard Life before co founding the UK office of Global Tax Network in 1999. In addition to managing the financial, legal and HR issues for the UK offices, Rhian has a significant role in the marketing and development of the EMEA
region and network firm membership issues.

Wayne Bewick, Bcomm, CA, CFP, CPA (IL)
Wayne is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, specializing in expatriate and international taxation.
Before joining GTN, Wayne spent numerous years at Deloitte specializing in expatriate and international tax services. He has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program, is a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and the Financial Planners Standards Council. Wayne is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Wayne graduated with a Bachelor's of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal and is fluent in French.

Nigel Hassey
Nigel is a Senior Tax Manager in our London office. Nigel has over 15 years of experience specialising in the expatriate tax arena and has assisted a number of FTSE 100 Companies, along with major European, Asia Pacific and US Investment Banking clients dealing with their expanding international assignee populations relocating to all parts of the globe. He has provided detailed advice to various companies Human Resource and Financial departments on all aspects of the issues they face on the transfer of their international workforce, such as advice on tax equalisation policies and their implementation, social security agreements, income tax treaty considerations and Company share plans. Prior to joining GTN UK, Nigel worked for E&Y, Deloitte and PwC in London.

Joanne Kerr CTA
Joanne is a Tax Manager in our Guildford office, working on personal, social and expatriate taxes, for a wide range of clients. She has spent the last seven years working in expatriate tax dealing with a wide range of issues from personal taxes, small businesses and multinational corporations. Joanne is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and Chartered Institute of Taxation, and previously worked for Ernst & Young in London before joining GTN in 2007. Joanne has a multi skilled background having a broad management experience and an accredited legal base.

Ian Wilson (Consultant)
Ian started his own social security consultancy in 2005 after spending eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he built and led a network of social security specialists in over 40 countries throughout the world. Prior to this, he spent a number of years at the Department of Social Security. Ian teaches on training courses several times per year for European Employment Service staff and runs a regular social security workshop at Farnham Castle, one of the UK's principal centres for International Human Resources training. Ian has written many articles on international social security and is regarded as one of the foremost authorities in his field
