Tracy currently serves as a Director for GTN. She has over 15 years of experience in the global mobility tax field providing advisory and compliance assistance for both corporate and individual clients. Her experiences include providing assignment tax planning assistance, global payroll and tax compliance services, international tax policy design, and program risk review. Prior to joining GTN, Tracy was a manager with Ernst & Young and RSM where she focused on mobility tax for corporate programs.

Tracy's clients know her best for: 

• Establishing great rapport with clients, so they feel like GTN is really an extension of their team, rather than a vendor.
• Providing tax guidance in a clear and understandable manner.
• Looking for continuous process improvements to improve the customer experience and increase efficiencies.

Tracy earned her undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is actively involved in local and national global mobility events, including being a frequent writer and speaker on international assignment topics. Tracy is a member of the Minnesota ERC chapter and is on the MERC education planning committee.

Away from the office, Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, taking advantage of seasonal activities throughout the year. She also enjoys reading and learning about history through travel.
