Bryan Williams

Chief Executive Officer

"I’m energized by tackling business problems, challenging conventional approaches, and bringing innovative ideas to life for clients."

Bryan Williams is an entrepreneur, former attorney, and long time global mobility industry innovator with a career focused on building practical, scalable, technology-enabled solutions to complex business challenges. As Chief Executive Officer of GTN, Bryan brings deep domain expertise, a disruptor’s mindset, and a strong respect for client service and long term relationships.

Bryan began his professional career as an attorney in Washington state in 1996, practicing across business law, taxation, bankruptcy, and real estate. Through his work with business owners, he developed a strong interest in how organizations operate, grow, and solve problems—particularly where process, data, and systems intersect with business strategy.

That interest led Bryan to co-found Polaris Global Mobility in 2001 in Bellevue, Washington. Recognizing the growing complexity multinational companies faced in managing expatriate employees, Bryan helped build Polaris into a purpose-built global mobility technology platform designed to modernize how organizations manage policy, compensation, tax, and compliance across borders. As co-founder and President, he led the company for more than 16 years, overseeing strategy, operations, and client relationships while guiding the design, evolution, and scaling of a platform supporting mobility programs across more than 100 countries.

In 2018, Bryan guided Polaris through its acquisition by MOVE Guides, bringing together relocation management and expatriate compensation capabilities into a unified global mobility platform. He remained on as President following the acquisition, helping integrate teams, technology, and clients before exiting the business in 2019.

Bryan joins GTN to bring his experience in global mobility technology leadership, enterprise-scale program design, and platform-driven growth to the firm. He is passionate about helping organizations adapt to the evolving demands of a globally mobile workforce while continuing to build on GTN’s long-standing commitment to exceptional client service.

Bryan can be counted on for:

  • Challenging conventional thinking to drive innovation in global mobility
  • Translating complex mobility challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions
  • Bridging strategy, technology, and client service to help organizations modernize their mobility programs

Bryan received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

When not working with clients and colleagues, Bryan enjoys sailing, skiing, gardening, studying wine, and spending time at his vineyard in Umbria, Italy.
