Elaina began her career with GTN in 2007 and currently serves as Director, Finance. In this role, Elaina provides financial leadership through comprehension and articulation of financial results and analytic insight.

Prior to joining GTN, Elaina’s passion for math and science and her entrepreneurial drive led her to return to school. Knowing the importance of building a professional network, she pursued internship opportunities and was encouraged to do so at GTN. She accepted a position as a Tax Intern at GTN thinking it would be a temporary position to gain experience and expand her network. After experiencing the culture at GTN, she accepted a full-time position after completion of her internship. As GTN continued to grow, her role evolved with a focus on internal accounting processes and practices for GTN.

Elaina is proud to be a part of the GTN team and is most known for:

• Her ownership of anything she commits to;
• Being an analytical problem solver eager to improve systems and processes with innovative ideas;
• Being a leader who demonstrates commitment, passion, and resilience while inspiring others to do the same.

Elaina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Outside of the office, Elaina enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children in the outdoors. She also loves weightlifting, reading, and puzzles.
