Barb has been with GTN since its start in August 2000 and currently serves as Director, Strategic and Sustainability Initiatives. In this role, she is responsible for working on strategic projects and initiatives, primarily related to the marketing function within the firm. To increase awareness, reduce GTN’s carbon footprint, and educate employees on sustainable practices they can adopt in the office and at home, Barb started GTN’s Green Initiative in 2019. In 2019, GTN had a goal to define its social mission—something we could all identify with, that would positively impact a lot of people, and that would inspire us to do great things.
